To cater for a wide range of allergies/intolerances, we have developed a range of special recipes. However small the chance, the risk of cross-contamination is still possible, so unfortunately we do not claim to be 100% free of any one allergen.

All the listed cakes, biscuits, cupcakes and cookies do not use nuts as an ingredient in our baked products. Certain nuts are stored on site for personal consumption (ones that my family are not allergic to), therefore, we are not claiming to be a nut free kitchen.

Most ingredients we use do come from dedicated nut free, dairy free, egg free, or gluten free facilities.

** As of 15th May, 2015, we will be introducing some products that contain eggs. Separate mixers are used for products containing eggs. Some products that are stored in our kitchen also carry a disclaimer that they "may contain traces of egg" or "are made in a facility that makes other products using eggs".

Almost all of our products can be made egg free, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, or nut free. We have many options for people with multiple allergies and can also offer Fructose Friendly cakes.

Gluten free products are available. Products made without gluten, are scheduled first in the baking order, however 'flour drift' can still occur. We have separate sifters, mixers and ingredient storage areas for gluten free clients.

Our decorating studio is separate from our kitchen.

Please make an informed indecision as to whether our products are suitable for you to purchase/consume. We offer a full disclosure of ingredients, so you may ask any questions relating to that.

Of course, my recipes are my own and are 'TOP SECRET'. I am more than willing to answer any questions you have regarding ingredients/brands, cleaning processes - in fact I encourage it! Please contact me with any concerns you may have.
